How this works
What happens next
Every report is logged the day it arrives.
No retaliation. No one's care will be reduced, delayed, or stopped because of a report, and no employee will be disciplined for making one.
You will hear back. Written acknowledgment within two business days, and an outcome within 30 days.
You can stay anonymous. We still investigate, but cannot send you the outcome.
